Christmas 2010

MERRY CHIRSTMAS from our family to your's!  Here is the card we mailed out this year...

It is the Maple tradition to celebrate together on Christmas Eve.  This year we (our family, Mike's brother's family, Mike's parents, & Mike's Grandpa) celebrated at our house.  It was nice to celebrate here, being that it is our FIRST Christmas in our new home.  We ate dinner, opened gifts, visited, played, and the guys played poker.

Here are a few pictures from Christmas Eve...

All the kids...

Me with my new TERVIS TUMBLER and FLANNEL PJ BOTTOMS...

And the GINGERBREAD HOUSE, the kids made...

Christmas morning the boys woke up to find their gifts from Santa!  A BASKETBALL & BASKETBALL GOAL for Cade.  A BIKE & CRANE for Drew.

They were really excited!  It took Cade a while to discover that Santa had brought him a basketball goal.  The basketball gave him the clue to eventually look for a goal.  He found it outside!  But, in the meantime, Cade was perfectly content with just his ball & being happy for Drew and his new bike.  Cade has such a sweet heart!

We always go to my parent's house for Christmas breakfast and more gift opening.

I LOVE this picture of my boys...it is so CHRISTMASY...sitting by a fire, drinking hot chocolate @ Gran & PawPaw's house! Some of Cade's gifts included:  a pocket knife, a watch, a remote controlled car, some football items, and other things.

Drew got a pocket knife (yes, Mike dulled it down), Lego's, a dump truck (x 2),  a Pillow Pet, along with other things.

Here is Mike opening some of his gifts...

After breakfast, we head home and then go back to my parent's house where we eat again and have a white elephant gift exchange...

These were the funny gifts for this year...

and, of course, we had to get one of all the kids...

Hope you were BLESSED in many ways this season!  We were!
