Labor Day Weekend+Galveston, TX

We've been pretty busy the last 2 weeks...school started for the kids and I. Preschool that is. I teach preschool while they attend preschool and mother's day out. So, we have been adjusting to a new schedule and we have all been tired. We spent the weekend in Galveston, TX for our traditional Labor Day family gathering...It was so nice to relax and spend time with family and friends. I really enjoyed that part...but the beach is not my favorite place in the world. It is sandy, sticky, salty, etc.. I think the family has decided to break the tradition of salt water and head over to some fresh water next year!! woohoo! Maybe the Frio River??? That would be fabulous! Nonetheless, here are some pictures to share.
